VIP Partners, LLC: To provide industrial real estate investment opportunities that produce strong relative market returns through above-average current yields and timely refinance and disposition strategies and thereby meeting income, growth and preservation objectives of its partners. Investing substantial amounts of its principals’ own capital, furnishing consistent, complete and timely partner reporting, VIP strives to measure and properly hedge risk parameters in concert with investment requirements, and to employ sound and effective asset management practices to maximize value.
